EASTER SUNDAY

Please allow me to depart from the regular format for today so that I can tell you about a marvelous day we had yesterday for Easter Sunday.  A great crowd came to Sunday school.  The parking lot was full, even the overflow parking we put in last year that held 50 more cars.  Cars were double parked all over as about 400 vehicles were around the buildings.  The buses brought in 930 for Sunday School, and there were hundreds saved.  Exact numbers will be received later.  We had a helicopter candy drop, and it was exciting to see four fields filled with Children watching the candy drop from the sky and then running out to snatch it up like locust.  It was fun to watch and the children had a really exciting time.  All went off well.  Sunday evening, we saw another showing of "The Borrowed Tomb".  How moving it was and how talented the good people of Grand View are.  It was simply amazing.  Fully Orchestrated and the Orchestra was outstanding, the actors, singers, lighting, props, sound, piano, etc.  It was amazing!  We want to say a big THANK YOU to Jesus for dying for our sins and coming forth from the tomb!  Thank you Jesus!  May God bless you and see you tomorrow.   Pastor Mike Mutchler
